Poor communication
My biggest issue with Alliance Risk Solutions was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Does the job
Alliance Risk Solutions helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Toronto. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Could be better
The rates Alliance Risk Solutions found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.
