Could be better
The rates Alliance Insurance Group found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Helpful staff

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Alliance Insurance Group. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Alliance Insurance Group. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.
