I began using this broker for auto insurance in 2019. They lured me in with an affordable and competitive rate and then every year after they raised my premium. In 2019 I paid around $750 dollars for the year and now my premium is up to almost $1350 in 2024. Nearly double of what I was paying when I started. In this time I had one small claim, but it does not justify the yearly price increases. The premium went up over $150 per year. When this company had requested payment for the 2024 year, I had turned them down, saying that their prices were outrageous. In the return email I received from them, they tried lying to me, saying that I had paid $1600 last year and they were only charging me $1350 this year, so they were giving me a 'discount'. When, in fact, last year I had only paid $1200 for the year. So, they were lying to me to make me think I was getting a deal when in fact they were raising the price on me, yet again. I despise being lied to, especially from someone who I pay money to for a service, hence this review. When shopping around for a better deal than Alliance Insurance was offering, I found a different broker giving me the exact same policy for under $700 for the year. Be warned, this is how they treat their 'loyal customers'. Due to the dishonesty of this company, I fully expect that they will reply to this review with more lies and deceit. Thank you Alliance Insurance, for ensuring that I get the best possible deal for my 2024 auto insurance, by going with a different broker that treats me with the respect and honesty that any customer deserves.
