If zero stars were an option, that’s exactly what AWRAP would get. I wish I had read the other reviews before dealing with this company. AWRAP’s “client care” is non-existent, and the entire experience has been a nightmare. I cancelled my policy in writing and requested confirmation—no response. I called a few days later to confirm, and while I was told the cancellation was complete, I was also reassured that no further payments would be taken. I followed up that same day with an email documenting our conversation and again requested written confirmation. Not only did I receive no response, but the next day a larger-than-normal payment was withdrawn from my account without any explanation. I immediately requested an accounting of the charges and to this day, they have never provided one. Instead, I’m stuck in a loop of “a manager will call you” while my money sits with them. This company is disorganized, unprofessional, and completely dismissive of its clients. The expectation that I “look through my policy” instead of being provided a clear statement of charges is absurd. Steer clear of AWRAP. Their customer service is horrible, their communication is non-existent, and they clearly have no respect for the people paying them. I will never buy insurance from them again.

“This office is dishonest and unprofessional. When I purchased my insurance, I specifically asked the agent to list my friend as principal driver. The agent verbally confirmed it was listed, but later I discovered it was NOT. Because of their mistake, I was left with a massive $3,750 fine. When I contacted the manager, he promised to follow up and get back to me — but never did. This shows not only incompetence but a complete lack of responsibility. They do not care about their customers, only about making a quick sale. Avoid this place unless you want to be misled and abandoned when problems arise.”

I decided to use this company for my car insurance, and I was never given a reminder to renew. In all my years of driving, I have always been reminded thru the insurance company. When I noticed my insurance had expired, I went thru another company who informed me that they had the ‘reminder’ option turned off. Very strange considering how important this reminder is to their clients. Very disappointed and have lost trust in this company. Will never trust them again.

I’ve been using Mike at AWI for years now on both my cars. I find him to be efficient, patient, and proactive. All renewals, modifications, vehicle additions, payments, etc. are handled remotely - no-nonsense service exactly how I like it
