Customer service is very-2 bad. No one answer your call specially Portland. Main customer service lady talks rude. On Friday I call twice no answer and no call back and on Monday I call them at least 5 times but no answer. If there on rating truly I give them -5

Don't waste your time, you will find the worst customer service possible. They will just give you the run around and do as they please, they didn't get back to me after I had questions about my renewal, then renewed my insurance with a rate higher than the others available. After I asked for it to be corrected I have recieved the run around for almost 3 weeks now with no resolution. Goto another company. There are a lot out there and most of them are competent. Stay away.

after jerry passed away, we met peter. after peter left, we met lea. totally dropped the ball with her, she never called me back the first time i ever called, i called her assistant and she didnt even call me back?? this was a few years ago. recently, i got my renew, went up $100/month. i emailed lea asking her to help me look around for a new company and i never heard from her. i ended up looking around MYSELF and found another company and lea has not even bothered to follow up with me asking why i've left all risk. not a single care given. im so disappointed but also not at the same time.

My husband and I have been working with All risk since last year, at first they were extremely helpful loved the help they were providing. Our broker Léa Mowbray told us to reach out before our policy renewed in November which my husband did in the end of September and again at the end of October and we received no response. We are now in December our rates have increased . We have gone to CAA to get a quote from them and it’s $200 less than what we are currently paying which is great but to switch we would have to pay over $700 in the cancelation fee. Idk about you but we don’t have $700 to just toss in the trash. So for the past week we have been trying to get help from all risk, filing a complaint, calling daily and we keep getting the same response “we are working on it right now” , “I’m on the other line with them right now” and “I’ll get back to you by the end of the day or tomorrow by noon”. Maybe I’m just new to this but I feel like it shouldn’t be this difficult and it shouldn’t take 3 months to get a response.
