Bad Service!!!! Called to get a quote. I was told by some guy he would get back to me and that today he was too busy. He took all kinds of information about me including drivers license etc. He never did call me back. What kind of operation is this? Guess they don't need the business. I'll go elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend them.

The worst customer services!!!! Provided prompt services to obtain new business, my insurance company terminated the contract with them and informed me to contact my insurance broker, contacted several time to my broker to find out about this, no one would response to the email or response to the voice mail, I was relying them to contact me and at the end my policy was valid for a week and I had to rush to find different broker in a week time.

This place screwed me up big time, I called them a hundred times because I was traveling, they kept saying someone is going to call me back but no one did. I came back to have it canceled, and have $500 outstanding. They didn't even tell me, I had to find out myself. So unprofessional.

He will treat you very well when signing up with him, but after that, customer service declines rapidly. He is condescending if you question anything (I lost out on thousands over years due to his mistakes). He personalizes difficult situations. He bad mouths alternative brokers to scare you away from leaving. Really unprofessional, I would not recommend.
