Been there now for almost 2 years so far they did good.

Poor poor customer service. Receptionist is extremely rude. Worst insurance reps that don't care. I would never recommend to my friends & family.

Worst customer service ever...already have a policy with them want to add another, waited 3 days calling numerous times so called Co-operators done in an hour. Bye Bye

I contacted this company on Mar 6/2014 to obtain a quote for both home and auto insurance, explaining that my policy for both with current insurance company was up for renewal Apr 1/14 and I was calling around to get quotes well in advance. The person I was transferred to couldn't even make/the time to ask the usual questions by phone (size home, type of vehicle, etc); instead I was emailed a huge list of questions that I had to take the time to answer and email back. Today is Mar 21/14 and I've yet to hear back from anyone at this company with a quote. Absolutely horrid customer service.
