AG Direct Hail Insurance Ltd.

Would not recommend this insurance company to any farmer! All honesty up front when it's time to sign up for insurance but one big rip off when it comes to honesty while doing claims. I specifically asked to be with adjuster while fields were adjusted. none of that happened. Think twice before using this company. They talk sweet with signing up but are unprofessional and not fair when it comes to settling a claim.

First year farming and experienced a hailstorm. Adjuster came out promptly after claim was submitted and did an assessment. After the adjustment and further inspection I felt that there was more damage than what was recorded and signed upon. Sent an email and the next day spoke to both Beth and Bailey who were happy to assist. Bailey the claims manager came out personally to assess the claim. He was thorough and excellent to deal with through the entire process. Customer service gets an A+ from me and will continue using this company in the future.
