I recently accompanied my boss to Affinity Insurance to learn more about switching auto and home insurance to their brokerage. Since my boss doesn’t speak English and I am still new to Canada, our communication was not very smooth. However, Tanya, the staff member who assisted us, was extremely patient, kind, and professional. She took the time to explain everything clearly and provided us with a lot of helpful information. Even though we couldn’t complete the switch that day due to time constraints and missing documents, I truly appreciate Tanya’s effort and excellent service.
