We were buying an suv and was helped by an older gentleman (I didn’t get his name). He was so helpful and knowledgeable and patient. He even let me use his computer to look up a report. It was just the best experience I’ve ever had in an insurance office. Thank you very much. And he gave us a beautiful calendar. Awesome!!

First impression with one of the older workers which had me uncomfortable as he was being a know it all guru and I do not appreciate arrogant people. However the second visit with Connie Chong, yes exactly that name :), has given me a very positive experience with her and regain my trust. I usually never give 5/5 review because I like to keep it real review not some fake review but Connie has gone above and beyond for my experience with this company and I love that her price was very competitive and professional. She was very patient to take time to explain things unlike people who just want to make a quick buck from you and move on. Being in the service industry it’s always nice to find professionals like Connie who knows what she’s doing and it just makes life a little better knowing that humanity still exists. Thank you Connie and hope to see you again for other services.

The lady on the phone was suuper polite and helpful. I've had insurance from them before but there's an autoplan provider right across the street from me so I'd switched. I called them out of habit to get an answer and they looked up my policy, gave me great advice, and then recommended I go to any autoplan provider convenient to me to get it updated. Having an agent be this focused on customer care and experience rather than on making a quick sale here or there was deeply refreshing. I wish I'd gotten her name so I could give her a shout-out.

I recently switched from an international driver’s license to a Class 5 Learner’s license, which meant my insurance premium would change. I came to this location to update my policy, and the entire process was incredibly smooth. The staff here were very kind and had a great attitude. Before coming here, I had visited another insurance office where I was told that no changes could be made. However, at this store, I was able to successfully update my insurance without any issues! Highly recommended!

I came early on Saturday to insure my car but it was closed. The hours posted were not correct. I arrived at 8:30am on Saturday, the hours posted said it would be open at 5:30am. They were still closed at 8:40am, I dont know when they open on Saturday or if they are open at all.
