Absolutely terrible customer service. They're great when you sign up and need to add insurance, but changing your policy due to selling of a home - they’ll keep taking your money and charging you and refuse to answer your phone calls and/or emails to return your money!

Super nice, super cheap and easy. Best insurance experience I've ever had - and this was my ninth house purchase. They even had a few handy tips to share, which were news to me. I find myself feeling all warm and fuzzy every time I drive past their offices.

I worked with Kristi and had nothing but a great experienced. This is the 19th car I’ve insurance, this isn’t my first rodeo haha some insurance brokers can be a nightmare. Kristi is fantastic! 5+⭐️

Same thing with me. Great in the beginning and then at renewal premium goes up 3 times. Never had a claim. I don't pay and off to collections I go. I'm a senior collections hurts me. They don't care. And don't hold your breath waiting for a call back from Stacey Miller. Obviously an owner or relation of a owner of this Mickey Mouse company. For an additional treat call and ask for Laura Enns. Rude, disrespectful and no customer experience experience Save yourself grief go to another company this one will screw you up and around. I have never been treated this way in my life. A bunch of wannabe insurance agents. I'm glad I went to another company, cheaper and very professional. Good riddance to bad rubbish Stacey and Laura.
