Does the job
Abbott & Sanders Insurance helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Thunder Bay. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Solid broker
Abbott & Sanders Insurance is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Slow and unresponsive
Abbott & Sanders Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
