Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Abbott Risk Management. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Slow and unresponsive
Abbott Risk Management was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Would recommend to anyone

Helpful but slow
The broker at Abbott Risk Management was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Lost my documents
Abbott Risk Management lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.
