Helpful staff
The staff at Abbott & Murphy Insurance were helpful when I needed to add a new driver to my auto policy. They found a way to keep the premium increase minimal.

Okay but not great

Solid broker
Abbott & Murphy Insurance is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Abbott & Murphy Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.
