Five stars all around
Switched to Abbott & Ford Insurance on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Abbott & Ford Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Smooth transition

Reliable broker
Been with Abbott & Ford Insurance for a couple of years now. They handle our home and auto insurance well. Sometimes hard to reach during busy periods.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Abbott & Ford Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
