Fair pricing
Abbott & Baldwin Insurance offered fair pricing on our commercial insurance package. The broker understood our business needs. Would have liked a faster turnaround on the policy documents.

Could be better
The rates Abbott & Baldwin Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Multi-policy savings

Helpful but slow
The broker at Abbott & Baldwin Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Abbott & Baldwin Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
