I received amazing customer service from Clyde Franklin-Létang. He was patient, reassuring and respectful and calm. Also sympathetic to the minor language barrier inconveniences I had being that I am anglophone primarily. He was very knowledgeable about the product and extremely nice but also very professional . He also spoke, clearly and concisely. He responded to a question I asked by email after purchasing my insurance by calling me very rapidly. Overall great service, I spoke with many insurance companies that day while shopping for quotes and he by far went above and beyond in regards to service compared to all the other agents. I highly recommend him and I am extremely satisfied to be able to have someone like him to deal with at my new insurance provider if ever I have any future concerns . Keep up the good work Clyde.

I’ve been trying to call this company for two days and they never pick up. I requested a callback to avoid waiting, but never got one. This time I stayed on the line for over 30 minutes—still no answer. Finally was sent to a voicemail wow. Their service is terrible. Feels like a total scam. I honestly wonder if the good reviews are fake or just written for a discount they all sound super generic!
