I had a great experience with a young man helping me with them my purchase of home insurance at one point I was ready to give up because I'm not a very technical savvy person it's a thing for the young people anyway we ended up sorting everything out he called me personally which I would say impressed with I would definitely recommend this company and especially this young man and I hope he's having team leader appreciate some thank you very much

The amount of 5-star reviews here looks like astroturfing (paid review farming). My real experience was nothing like what these reviews describe. 😂😂😂🤡 When I switched to them, instead of a smooth onboarding and welcome, I got charged extra due to a bank billing issue that wasn’t even my fault. Zero empathy, no accountability, no willingness to help a new customer. Their customer service is extremely slow, replies take almost a week. I work full time and I don’t have the time to babysit an insurance company. Also I noticed how aggressively they brag about their “1000 five-star reviews🤡🤡🤡” every time someone posts a negative review. If your service is truly good, you don’t need to flex that. Real service speaks for itself. I personally regret switching. If you’re thinking of moving to this company because of the “amazing” reviews here, please be careful. My experience was the total opposite.

Unbelievable! My classic 2004 just got insured 😊 YouSet is by far the most simple, efficient, and perfectly timed insurance broker I’ve ever dealt with. I applied online last night, and my broker, Philippe Jacques-Bélair, surprised me with an approval email this morning; complete with my proof of insurance from Wawanesa. Exceptional service from start to finish. I will always recommend YouSet! Happy customer; thank you! Nice looking card, btw!
