01 — Platform Status
AtlasBrokers is a technology platform that connects consumers with licensed insurance brokers across Canada. Our goal is to make it easier for Canadians to find, compare, and connect with qualified insurance professionals in their area.
AtlasBrokers itself does not provide insurance advice, sell insurance policies, or act as an insurance broker or agent. We are not licensed to transact insurance in any Canadian province or territory.
All brokers listed on the AtlasBrokers platform are independently licensed professionals who are regulated by their respective provincial or territorial insurance regulator. Their licensing status is independently maintained and verified.

03 — Conflict of Interest
AtlasBrokers earns revenue through subscription fees paid by brokers and brokerages who list their services on our platform. These fees provide brokers with enhanced visibility and profile features.
AtlasBrokers may also earn referral fees when consumers connect with brokers through our platform, including when a quote request or appointment booking is completed.
Broker rankings and search results are influenced by relevance, consumer ratings, and geographic proximity — NOT by paid placement. We do not accept payment in exchange for higher search rankings.
Consumers should independently verify any insurance advice received through brokers found on our platform. AtlasBrokers does not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the advice or services provided by any listed broker.
04 — E&O Insurance
All brokers listed on AtlasBrokers are required to maintain Errors & Omissions (E&O) insurance coverage as mandated by their provincial or territorial regulator. E&O insurance protects consumers in the event that a broker makes an error or omission in the course of providing professional services.
AtlasBrokers maintains its own corporate Errors & Omissions insurance coverage to protect against platform-related liabilities.
The platform is not responsible for the professional advice, recommendations, or services provided by individual brokers. Any disputes regarding insurance advice or coverage should be directed to the broker and/or their provincial regulator.
05 — No Professional Advice
Content on AtlasBrokers — including guides, tools, calculators, comparisons, and educational materials — is provided for general informational purposes only.
Nothing on this platform constitutes professional insurance, financial, or legal advice. The information provided should not be relied upon as a substitute for consultation with a licensed insurance broker, financial advisor, or legal professional.
Users should always consult with a licensed insurance broker for advice specific to their individual situation, coverage needs, and risk profile before making any insurance decisions.
