Renewal was painless

Slow and unresponsive
WestRock Insurance Partners was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with WestRock Insurance Partners. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Helpful but slow
