Pretty good
West Risk Management helped us with our home insurance renewal. They found a slightly better rate. The process was straightforward, nothing exceptional but reliable.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about West Risk Management. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Five stars all around

Helpful but slow
The broker at West Risk Management was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
