Poor communication
My biggest issue with Webster & Associates Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Five stars all around
Switched to Webster & Associates Insurance on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Webster & Associates Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Fair pricing
Webster & Associates Insurance offered fair pricing on our commercial insurance package. The broker understood our business needs. Would have liked a faster turnaround on the policy documents.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Webster & Associates Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
