Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Walker & James Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Walker & James Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Does the job
