Slow and unresponsive
Vanguard Insurance Advisors was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Vanguard Insurance Advisors was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Solid broker
Vanguard Insurance Advisors is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Great for home insurance

Five stars all around
