Good value
I appreciate that Unity Financial & Insurance shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Unity Financial & Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Lost my documents
Unity Financial & Insurance lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Disappointing experience
