Lost my documents

Helpful but slow
The broker at Twin Insurance Partners was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Couldn't be happier

Slow and unresponsive
Twin Insurance Partners was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
