Room for improvement
Trident Insurance Solutions handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Slow and unresponsive
Trident Insurance Solutions was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
