Slow and unresponsive
Todd & Newman Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Smooth transition

Couldn't be happier

Helpful staff

Room for improvement
Todd & Newman Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Todd & Newman Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.
