Lost my documents
ThunderField Financial & Insurance lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with ThunderField Financial & Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.
