Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Thomas & Hansen Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Insurance made simple

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Thomas & Hansen Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Thomas & Hansen Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Thomas & Hansen Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.
