Good value
I appreciate that Sutherland Risk Management shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Room for improvement
Sutherland Risk Management handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.
