Solid broker
SunGrove Insurance Advisors is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Lost my documents
SunGrove Insurance Advisors lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Good overall experience
Had a good experience with SunGrove Insurance Advisors. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with SunGrove Insurance Advisors. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.
