Helpful staff
The staff at Sullivan Insurance Agency were helpful when I needed to add a new driver to my auto policy. They found a way to keep the premium increase minimal.

Room for improvement
Sullivan Insurance Agency handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Sullivan Insurance Agency. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.
