Five stars all around
Switched to StrongShore Insurance Partners on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with StrongShore Insurance Partners. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Helpful but slow
The broker at StrongShore Insurance Partners was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Room for improvement
StrongShore Insurance Partners handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from StrongShore Insurance Partners. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
