Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from StrongShore Financial & Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Helpful but slow
The broker at StrongShore Financial & Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Lost my documents
StrongShore Financial & Insurance lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Could be better
The rates StrongShore Financial & Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.
