Smooth transition

Switching from my old broker to StrongShore Brokerage was completely smooth. They handled all the transfers and actually improved my coverage at a lower cost.

Poor communication

My biggest issue with StrongShore Brokerage was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Not what I expected

Based on reviews I expected more from StrongShore Brokerage. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
