Decent service
Got my tenant insurance through StrongGate Brokerage. The price was fair and the coverage is good. Wish they had evening hours for working professionals.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from StrongGate Brokerage. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about StrongGate Brokerage. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.
