Fair pricing
StoneWood Insurance Solutions offered fair pricing on our commercial insurance package. The broker understood our business needs. Would have liked a faster turnaround on the policy documents.

Solid broker
StoneWood Insurance Solutions is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with StoneWood Insurance Solutions was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with StoneWood Insurance Solutions. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.
