Five stars all around
Switched to Spencer & Partners Insurance on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Spencer & Partners Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Spencer & Partners Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.
