Great for home insurance
Bought our first home and Simpson Insurance Ltd. walked us through everything we needed for home insurance. They even bundled it with our auto policy for extra savings.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Simpson Insurance Ltd. was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Simpson Insurance Ltd.. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.
