Room for improvement
Simpson & Gagnon Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Couldn't be happier
Switched all my insurance to Simpson & Gagnon Insurance last year. Better coverage, lower premiums, and they handle all the paperwork. Couldn't be happier with the service.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Simpson & Gagnon Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
