Smooth transition

Family business feel

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Simard Courtage. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Good overall experience
Had a good experience with Simard Courtage. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Simard Courtage. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.
