Good value
I appreciate that SilverValley Brokerage shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Pretty good

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about SilverValley Brokerage. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Room for improvement
