Room for improvement
Shaw & Associates Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Shaw & Associates Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Shaw & Associates Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
