Okay but not great
Used Scott & Bell Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Scott & Bell Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Helpful staff

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Scott & Bell Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.
