Great for bundling
Scott & Associates Insurance bundled our home, auto, and umbrella policies together and saved us a ton. One broker handling everything makes life so much easier.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Scott & Associates Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Amazing customer service
The staff at Scott & Associates Insurance are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions about tenant insurance and found me a great policy.

Slow and unresponsive
Scott & Associates Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Couldn't be happier
Switched all my insurance to Scott & Associates Insurance last year. Better coverage, lower premiums, and they handle all the paperwork. Couldn't be happier with the service.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Scott & Associates Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
