Does the job

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Ross & Hoffman Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Ross & Hoffman Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
