Slow and unresponsive
Rogers & Hansen Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Rogers & Hansen Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Great for home insurance

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Rogers & Hansen Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
