Reliable broker
Been with Rogers & Co. Insurance for a couple of years now. They handle our home and auto insurance well. Sometimes hard to reach during busy periods.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Rogers & Co. Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Does the job
Rogers & Co. Insurance helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Prince George. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Rogers & Co. Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Lost my documents
Rogers & Co. Insurance lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Room for improvement
Rogers & Co. Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.
