Best broker in town

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Roberts & Shaw Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Roberts & Shaw Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Could be better
The rates Roberts & Shaw Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Roberts & Shaw Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
